University of Illinois on campus users:

EPR service is available at subsidized rates for on campus users. Users are expected to arrange for all supplies. Quartz EPR tubes can be ordered at the Chemistry glass shop in Noyes Lab and liquid Helium is available from the Physics liquefier in the NW corner of the 1st floor of Loomis Lab.

Off campus, non-University of Illinois users:

EPR service is available for off-campus academic users. Users will be billed for supplies and instrument time.

Non-academic/commercial users:

EPR service is available to commercial users. Users will be billed for instrument time, supplies, as well as personnel time plus any applicable University of Illinois overhead charges. A University of Illinois TTA (technical testing agreement) is used for contracting services.
